    Amigos de Guadalupe

    Rapid response urgent and emergency services to immigrants experiencing a crisis 24 hours a day, seven days a week by training and mobilizing community navigators and rapid responders; community education, outreach, and engagement; emergency legal services (stays of removal, bond requests, requesting reasonable fear interviews before the asylum office to prevent immediate deportation, request all Santa Clara County residents who are not released be housed in detention facilities within the jurisdiction of San Francisco Immigration Court; deportation proceedings); screening for immigration relief and immigration legal services resource connection; family support and navigation; Countywide although headquartered in East San Jose.

    Asian Law Alliance

    Screening and consultations, direct representation: VAWA, U Visa, T Visa filing, removal defense, case management, legal services for vulnerable immigrant populations; Screening for DACA eligibility, full legal assessment of various remedies given political climate of surrounding DACA; DACA applications and renewals; case management for DACA recipients; Lead DACA Collaborative - subcontract w: DACA legal services to providers affected by the repeal of DACA, convene and facilitate; Citizenship application assistance (citizenship related services (applications, screening, citizenship interview preparation, referrals); Immigration clinics, immigrant resource website maintenance; Community education workshops focusing on citizenship and other immigration topics (public benefits, immigration law, domestic violence, family law, workplace rights, health, disability, discrimination, civil rights, landlord/tenant law, housing issues, elder law/abuse, consumer protection, small claims court, etc.); Know Your Rights; Legal services - consultations and intakes and legal support with public benefits, landlord tenant law and housing discrimination, family law/domestic violence, elder law, consumer law, immigration program/citizenship, auto insurance issues, employment law, civil rights, COVID-19 related issues; federal court self-help center. 

    Bay Area Legal Aid

    Improve the immediate and long-term safety, stability, and economic self-sufficiency of low-income, immigrant survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking through in-house and pro-bono legal assistance/immigration relief; full-scope representation (documenting cooperation with law enforcement, preparing and submitting applications for U Visas, T Visas, VAWA petitions, status adjustments, work permits, or naturalization and may support applications for members of the client's family); Engage and coordinate pro-bono program to support with cases of this nature; Legal advice and counsel related to income stability, healthcare access, fair and affordable housing, and domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; Legal Advice Line; representation; outreach and education; public charge education.  

    Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County

    Screening for eligible immigration benefit; affirmative legal services (assist individuals in acquiring legal immigration status); removal defense (screen case in removal proceedings and assist client with possible remedies); referrals; outreach in hard to reach communities; Community education workshops focusing on citizenship, immigrant rights, public benefits and public charge, domestic violence, relations with law enforcement, new voter education, proposed immigration reforms, and immigration legislation; citizenship classes and application support; Provide lead coordination to increase participation in Citizenship Day among South County community members; Community education among immigrant LGBTQI community; engage foreign embassies and consulates; general know your rights workshops; South County unmet civil legal needs and immigration legal consultations.

    Center for Employment Training 

    Citizenship education; 14 language orientations; "red flag" assessment and screening for naturalization; coordinate Citizenship Day Collaborative; Know Your Rights related outreach, information sessions; consultations and screenings for immigration relief; referrals; subject-matter expertise with media outlets; Outreach regarding DACA eligibility, benefits, and program status. 

    Community Legal Services of East Palo Alto

    Full scope legal representation to immigrants in removal proceedings; applications for employment authorization; limited scope services to asylum seekers; comprehensive immigration consultations and screenings; training and mentorship services to pro bono attorneys representing immigrants; Attorney of the Day Services for SCC residents in Immigration Court; Full scope legal representation to unaccompanied minors in removal proceedings.

    Human Agenda

    Immigration consultations and screenings; non-court representation; immigration court hearings; motions before immigration court.

    International Rescue Committee

    Know Your Rights and immigration policy related community education workshops.

    Justice and Diversity Center

    Coordinate pro-bono legal services; Attorney of the Day Services in SF Immigration Court; families in deportation proceedings at the SF Immigration Court with Santa Clara County residents; legal consultations, advice, and referral to representation in the County.

    Law Foundation of Silicon Valley

    Case management services for minors and young adults; applications for affirmative immigration relief on behalf of minors and young adults; ancillary legal matters (drivers license, tax information, registering for services); social work home visits and provide assessments; custody orders in local courts; community outreach; Case management services for minors; applications for affirmative immigration relief on behalf of minors; ancillary legal matters; social work home visits and community outreach. 

    Oasis Legal Services

    Intake and screening for low-income and hard-to-reach LGBTQ+ immigrants; full scope trauma informed legal representation for LGBTQ+ immigrants in their affirmative asylum applications; Provision of resources, referrals, and case management; orientations for asylum seekers and new asylees regarding rights and responsibilities and new legal status or work authorization.

    Pars Equality Center

    Screening for immigration relief; client appearance before USCIS; affirmative relief applications filed with USCIS; affirmative relief applications filed for vulnerable populations; employment authorizations; referral services; DACA applications and/or renewals; Citizenship related consultations, education, applications, and interview prep; Know Your Rights and community education workshops (emphasis in Middle Eastern community) with capacity to serv Farsi/Dari/Pash-speaking immigrants; DACA education and outreach.

    Santa Clara University

    Immigration legal services screening; preparing and filing applications for immigration relief; represent immigrant children, families, and seniors in administrative interviews and/or court proceedings; refer clients to appropriate wrap-around services; Legal services in immigration, family, dependency, and/or probate cases and proceedings involving unaccompanied minors residing in Santa Clara County; DACA applications and/or renewals. 

    Senior Adult Legal Aid (SALA)

    Legal services for senior adults for unmet civil legal needs. 

    Step Forward Foundation

    Immigration consultations and screenings; non-court representation; immigration court hearings; motions before immigration court; Legal services in immigration, family, dependency, and/or probate cases and proceedings involving unaccompanied minors residing in Santa Clara County. 

    Tahirih Justice Center

    Immigration screenings; legal representation for humanitarian protections (asylum, VAWA, U and T visas, etc.) and court representation; adjustment of status, work authorizations, family reunification; case management.
